Head of Administration at Wuerttembergischer Kunstverein Stuttgart 2006-2009, Executive Director at PACT Zollverein Essen 2009-2012, Controlling for PINA 40 – 40 years of Tanztheater Wuppertal 2012 – 2014,
Executive Director Pina Bausch Foundation 2013-2016, Project Managing Director Pina Bausch Zentrum for the City of Wuppertal since February 2017, Member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Lifelong Learning at Folkwang Universität der Künste, sporadically teaches art management at Folkwang Universität der Künste and Universität Witten/Herdecke. Also works as freelance consultant, producer, and dramaturg in the field of contemporary art, theater and dance.
