They are:
Natassa Dourida, member of the association Communitism, currently running a socio-cultural center run by a community of creative professionals experiencing practices of commoning.
Kostas Tzimoulis, visual artist, co-running Eight, a collective space activated in the centre of Athens that attempts to explore the possibilities of a critical intervention in an ever-changing precarious landscape.
Vassilis Noulas, theatre director and visual artist, also co-running Eight.
Evita Tsokanta, independent curator, writer and educator, with a research focus on the concept of labor in the artworld.
The interviewees have been meeting together for the last couple of months within the Reshape project to share practices and to reflect together the future of governance within the cultural field. In this interview they are discussing the notion of fairness, what are the main challenges and issues in their local context for independent culture (namely, legal framework and funding that changed drastically the cultural landscape), the collaboration models, work and labor.
